This double volume includes articles on semiotics,
Indo-European Slavic mythology and folklore, Slavic philology, and poetics and
history of Russian literature, as well as unpublished archival materials by Sologub, Nedobrovo, Xodasevic, Pasternak, and others. A special feature of the
volume is the authorized Russian version of Sir Isaiah Berlin’s “Meeting with
Russian Writers”.
The Center for the Study of Slavic Languages and Literatures
was established in 1975 with the aim of promoting research in Slavic Philology
at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
