אדם טלר

Adam Teller was born in London in 1962 and holds an M.A. from Oxford University in England. He received his Ph.D. from the Hebrew Unversity in Jerusalem. He has won a number of prizes for his research, including an Ephraim Urbach Fellowship in 1997. In the 2002/3 academic year, Dr. Teller was a fellow of the Center for Advanced Judaic Studies at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He he has publshed a number of studies on the social, economic, and cultural history of Polish-Lithuanian Jewry in the early modern period and is currently on the faculty of the Dept. of Jewish History at the University of Haifa in Israel.
