Professor Goldberg`s editions to the Mishnah and his dozens of articles have offered an important contribution to scholarship of rabbinic literature. This collection gathers together various essays which examine different aspects of rabbinic literature: linguistics, redaction and literary analysis. The articles have been ordered according to different areas, specifically the study of the Mishnah, Tosefta, midrashei halakhah and aggadah and the literature of the amoraim.
