Keren
Friedman-Peleg is a lecturer in the Behavioral Science school in a tenure track
position, at the College of Management – Academic Studies. She obtained her PhD
in Tel-Aviv University (2009), in the department of Sociology and Anthropology,
under the supervision of Prof. Yoram Bilu and Prof. Moshe Shokeid. She was a
Post-doctoral fellowship at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2008-2009) and
in the Medical school in Tel-Aviv University (2010-2011). She published
articles in leading journals, such as Culture, Medicine and Psychiatry (with Y.
Goodman) and Transcultural Psychiatry (with Y. Bilu). Recently she was invited
to be a member of the Scientific Committee of the Second World Congress on
Resilience (held in May 2014).
