Avraham Ya'acov Slucki (1861-1918) was a Jewish-Ukrainian author and publicist. He was religious and a Zionist. Initially he worked in the magazine "Hamelitz", He founded the Hovevei Zion ( Hibbat Zion) organization in Białystok.
Slutsky had planned to immigrate to Israel but was killed with his wife along with many other Jews in riots in Novgorod-Siverskyi.
