Dr. Tzur is an researcher at the Harman Institute of Contemporary Jewry at the Hebrew university in Jerusalem. Dvir Tzur wrote the novels "Inverted Letters" and "Regina's Orchard", published in Israel. He was born and still lives in Jerusalem, his home.
